Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage a schedule of deliverables for Beyond the Page clients.

  • Track the status and assignment of pending and upcoming deliverables.

  • Draft project plans for deliverables, using our selected project management software.

  • Provide summary updates to the Founder and Principal Consultant as needed.

  • Research professional and creative opportunities for Beyond the Page.

  • Assist the Founder & Consultant with other administrative duties as needed.

We’re looking for someone who

  • Love systems and organizing

  • Is comfortable with or could learn Google apps, Asana, and Freshbooks.

  • Has strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.

  • Thrives in a fully remote and flexible work environment.

  • Demonstrates commitment to social change and a belief in Beyond the Page’s mission.

Role Details

  • Location: Fully remote, must have access to reliable computer and internet network.

  • Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week), contract role (3-6 months), with opportunities to grow.

  • Schedule: Flexible.

  • Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Position Overview
The Beyond the Page Administrative Assistant is responsible for creating and managing systems for monitoring workfl ow, tracking deliverables, and researching professional and creative opportunities. This position requires extreme attention to detail, organization, research, project management, and relationship building skills. You will excel in this role if you are organized, creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
