Think Green Fields

Managing disasters, raised on company names
Murders incorporated towards our life’s insured demands
Are we the epitome of age old philosophies
Are we modern day Spartans at odds with civil ideology

While you’re teaching yourself to lie
The truth unfolds around you
Believe that you’re best disguised
The truth comes back to haunt you

Managing disasters, confusing ethics, morals and beliefs
Why’re we cultured in the art of war
in search for peace
Admiring the beauty no one else can see
I’d rather kill the time with laughter
But there’s one more soldier in the deserts out East

Why’re you teaching yourselves to lie
When truth unfolds around you
Misleading us of forces divine
To hell and back without a clue
What reason forces worlds to collide
Freedoms defined by its own rulers

Established men collapse from greed
Cruel empires always fall to their knees
The hunt was tamed, scores ago
Now working class families feud for survival
